Correcting the time in the admin area has no effect
Steps towards reproducibility:
1.) change the time correction in the admin area
2) Create a new entry
Issue #116 therefore added to milestone 1.3.
The active DateChanger plugin overrides the time correction in the admin area.
It is therefore deactivated by default.
